TSA: ‘Super Bowl Fans May Encounter VIPR Teams’
Super Bowl provides perfect cover for curtailing civil liberties

With the mass distraction spectacle that is Super Bowl XLVIII just around the corner, the TSA is busy ensuring every excited game patron is thoroughly prepared to surrender their civil rights and submit blindly to authority.

On its official blog site, the TSA announced it will be conducting security, not only at the entrance to the MetLife Stadium complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, but at “local transportation venues, including commercial and general aviation facilities and mass transit” in the form of VIPR squads.
“Super Bowl fans may encounter TSA Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) teams” a recent post on the TSA blog brazenly reveals.
“Most fans are getting to the stadium via mass transit where TSA officers will be conducting security screening at on [sic] the way to the game,” warns the TSA Blog Team, adding that football fans should arrive early to accommodate enhanced, Constitution-infringing security procedures.
VIPR squads were also deployed to patrol transport hubs at the past two Super Bowl events.
With the game already designated a level one security event by the Department of Homeland Security, it’s no surprise to see the tired “See Something, Say Something,” citizen snitch campaign also being recycled.
As we’ve extensively documented, the Super Bowl presents the establishment the perfect opportunity to flex its police state muscle and condition the public into accepting subservience as a normal part of life. Relying on the largely contrived threat of terrorism, the Super Bowl provides an unsuspecting cover for curtailing civil liberties and circumscribing the freedoms enshrined in the Constitution.
We reported last month that the NYPD will deploy gun boats, as well as arm officers with “heavy weapons” in the week prior to the Super Bowl, preparations the department claims will “protect the public” and deter terrorists.
In addition to random bag searches and other checkpoints which will be setup throughout New York and New Jersey, a low flying chopper will also be patrolling the skies to measure background radiation as a “security measure” in efforts to prevent a potential terrorist attack.
A new NFL policy requiring stadium attendees bring all belongings in clear bags also cements the fact that citizens are quite literally regarded as guilty until proven innocent. Food, merchandise, seat cushions and beverages will also be meticulously irradiated prior to entering the stadium.
And the TSA’s incessant groping grasp extends beyond the shores of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Unbelievably, the TSA has even conducted gropings in London’s Heathrow Airport during the 2012 Olympic Games.
By claiming VIPR squads provide a much-needed layer of security against terrorism, the TSA has stealthily and successfully executed its transition out of airports and transport hubs and onto the streets of America, slowly acclimating citizens to their soon-to-be perennial presence.
However, an ever-thriving chorus of Americans are growing fed up with the NFL’s blatant police state practices and thinly-veiled attacks aimed at the Constitution.
As the compromised league continues its transparent bend toward the will of the White House and police state agendas, it’s no wonder 18,000 Super Bowl tickets remain unsold.
